The Church bells at Ewyas Harold, Hereford, ring out on a Saturday morning to herald the start of a local two-day arts festival. The Church and the cemetery are hosting some 'scarecrows' one of which is hanging eerily from the Church tower. Someone in the community has a ghoulish sense of humour
